Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Vitaay provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered creator and brand collaboration tools
  • Creator campaign management
  • Digital marketing services
  • Subscription-based platform access
  • Promotional and advertising solutions
  • AI-generated content and automation features

As these services are digital in nature and may be activated instantly, refunds are limited once services have been accessed, initiated, delivered, or consumed.

2. Creator Campaigns & Brand Services

Once a creator campaign, promotional activity, influencer collaboration, marketing service, or sponsored engagement has started, confirmed, or delivered:

  • payments become non-refundable,
  • service fees cannot be reversed,
  • and partially completed campaigns are not eligible for proportional refunds.

Any disputes between brands and creators regarding deliverables will be reviewed internally by the Vitaay support team, but Vitaay reserves the final decision regarding platform fees and processing charges.

3. AI Credits, Promotions & Digital Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable once activated or used:

  • AI credits
  • Promotional boosts
  • Sponsored placements
  • Premium tools/features
  • Advertising credits
  • Digital campaign services
  • One-time platform purchases

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

  • duplicate payment,
  • payment deduction without service activation,
  • verified technical failure,
  • or unauthorized transactions after investigation.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be approved only under the following situations:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Incorrect billing amount charged
  • Failed transaction where amount was deducted but service was not delivered
  • Unauthorized payment activity verified by Vitaay
  • Technical errors preventing access to purchased services

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by Vitaay.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial usage of services
  • Completed or ongoing creator campaigns
  • Subscription renewals not cancelled before renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction due to performance expectations
  • Delays caused by third-party services or platform integrations
  • Violation of Vitaay policies or misuse of the platform
  • Promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers
  • Suspension or termination due to policy violations

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime through their account settings or by contacting the Vitaay support team.

Cancellation:

  • stops future renewals,
  • does not reverse completed payments,
  • and does not automatically generate refunds for the current billing cycle.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • the amount will be refunded to the original payment method,
  • processing may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Vitaay is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.

8. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Vitaay reserves the right to:

  • reject refund requests,
  • suspend accounts,
  • restrict platform access,
  • or take legal action

in cases involving:

  • fraudulent transactions,
  • abuse of refund policies,
  • unauthorized chargebacks,
  • policy manipulation,
  • or misuse of platform services.
