{"success":true,"data":{"docType":"child_policy","versionNumber":1,"content":"# Child Safety Standards Policy\n\n**Vitaay — developed and published by Vitaay**\n**Last updated: August 26, 2026**\n\n## Zero-Tolerance Policy\n\nVitaay maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).\n\nWe do not allow Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any activity that endangers a child anywhere on the Vitaay platform, website, or app. This standard applies to every brand, creator, and visitor who uses Vitaay.\n\n## 1. Purpose and Scope\n\nThis Child Safety Standards Policy sets out Vitaay's published standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and in line with the Tech Coalition's industry best practices for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse.\n\nIt applies to the Vitaay mobile app, the Vitaay website (vitaay.ai), and any related services operated by Vitaay, including brand and creator profiles, messaging, campaign content, and uploaded media.\n\n## 2. Who Can Use Vitaay\n\nVitaay is a business-to-business influencer marketing platform built for brands and content creators to run marketing campaigns.\n\nUse of Vitaay is restricted to individuals who are **18 years of age or older**. Vitaay does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register an account, hold a creator or brand profile, sign contracts, or receive escrow payments through the platform.\n\nIf we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, that account will be suspended and reviewed.\n\n## 3. Definitions\n\n**CSAE:** Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation — any content or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child. Examples include grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a minor, and solicitation of a child for sexual purposes.\n\n**CSAM:** Child Sexual Abuse Material — any visual depiction, including photos, videos, or computer/AI-generated imagery, that depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal, and Vitaay strictly prohibits its creation, storage, upload, or sharing on our platform.\n\n**Minor:** Any individual under the age of 18, regardless of local age-of-majority laws, for the purposes of this policy.\n\n## 4. Prohibited Content and Conduct\n\nThe following are strictly prohibited on Vitaay, with no exceptions:\n\n* Uploading, storing, hosting, sharing, or linking to CSAM in any format, including AI-generated or edited imagery.\n* Grooming, befriending, or contacting a minor for a sexual purpose through any Vitaay feature, including direct messages, campaign briefs, or comments.\n* Sexualizing minors in profile content, campaign creative, brand assets, or marketing material.\n* Soliciting or exchanging sexual imagery involving a minor, or attempting to obtain personal information from a minor for exploitative purposes.\n* Facilitating trafficking, sextortion, or the commercial exploitation of a child through the platform.\n* Any use of Vitaay's creator-brand matching or product-seeding features to recruit or target minors for exploitative content or labor.\n* Adult, sexually suggestive, or excessively violent content that is accessible without appropriate restriction, or that promotes harm to children.\n\n## 5. Reporting Mechanism\n\nVitaay provides an accessible way for any user — brand, creator, or member of the public — to report suspected CSAE or CSAM content or behavior.\n\nReports can be submitted through:\n\n**In-app / Website Reporting:**\nUse the \"Report\" option available on profiles and content, or contact us through the Vitaay contact page.\n\n**Email:**\nconnect@vitaay.ai\n\n**Designated Child Safety Point of Contact:**\nThe Vitaay Trust & Safety team, reachable at the email above, is responsible for receiving CSAE notifications, coordinating enforcement, and communicating with Google Play and law enforcement as needed.\n\nEvery report is reviewed. We do not ignore reports of suspected CSAE or CSAM, and we act on every credible report we receive.\n\n## 6. Our Response When CSAE/CSAM Is Identified\n\nUpon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on our platform, Vitaay will:\n\n* Swiftly remove the offending content and restrict further access to it.\n* Suspend or permanently terminate the account(s) responsible, including any associated brand or creator listings.\n* Preserve relevant evidence as required by law to support investigations, while otherwise protecting user privacy.\n* Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, or to the equivalent authority in the relevant jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.\n* Cooperate with law enforcement and regulators investigating CSAE-related activity.\n\n## 7. Legal Compliance\n\nVitaay complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child protection laws, including obligations to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or equivalent bodies.\n\nUsers are reminded that producing, distributing, or possessing CSAM is illegal and may result in criminal prosecution under local, national, and international law, independent of any action Vitaay takes.\n\nWe align our practices with the Tech Coalition's Developer Best Practices for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse, and we review this policy periodically to reflect evolving legal requirements and platform features.\n\n## 8.
